Lockouts start from £59 and there is no call-out fee — you pay for the job, not for us turning up. The engineer confirms the exact fixed price on the phone before he sets off, and that's the price you pay. If you've lost your keys rather than locked them inside, we'll also quote for a lock change at the same time so you're not lying awake wondering who has a key.

Whatever the cause, we've seen it: keys snapped off in the lock on a frosty morning, keys locked inside with the door on the latch, keys lost on a night out, a slam lock that's shut behind you. Bring ID if you have it (a parcel or a letter inside the property is fine once we're in) — we open doors for the people who live and work behind them, and we take that seriously.
Back inside in minutes, not hours
Being locked out is the one locksmith job nobody plans for, and it never happens at a convenient time. Drilling is the last resort, never the first, and if a lock genuinely has to be drilled we tell you before we start, agree the price, and fit a new British Standard lock on the spot so you're secure the moment we leave.
